As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll take ownership of clinical outcomes while guiding a team of Behavior Technicians. You’ll design and oversee individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families, and drive measurable progress that improves daily life for every client you serve.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to assessments, treatment planning, report writing, supervision of Program Managers and Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment fidelity, team training, parent training, timely documentation, and other relevant tasks assigned by the clinical director.
