What Does a Behavior Technician Do?
As a Behavior Technician at Beyond Brighter Minds, you’ll work directly with children diagnosed with autism, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through one-on-one support.
You’ll follow individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), record session data, and play an important role in each child’s progress.
In this role, you will:

Help children practice communication, social, and life skills

Work closely with supervisors and families to support client goals
